Nina George is the author of Beautiful Nights. I read her other book The Little Paris Bookshop. In this story Claire is fed up with her husband because of his many affairs. Claire is an esteemed professor of human behavior. As she, her husband, and her son, Nico, prepare to leave for a holiday on the Brittany coast, Nico asks a question. Can he bring his girlfriend along? Nico wants to marry this girl. This girl isn't sure she wants to be with him. When vacation time is up, Nico and Clair's husband leave while Claire and the girl stay on. This book was okay but I didn't like it as much as The Little Paris Bookshop.
