Do you remember the book (or movie) Anne of Green Gables? Anne of Manhattan, written by Brina Starler, is a rewrite of that story. This is a silly, romantic story of an orphan named Anne who is adopted by a brother and sister who own a winery. The winery is on Long Island. Anne attends graduate school in Manhattan. Suddenly Gilbert, her old nemesis from high school shows up in her program at college. The professor has them work together on a thesis. Although it is not known to Anne and Gilbert, these two people love each other and all their friends and family know it.
