| This is my second year attending the Steamboat Days parade in Winona. This was a 2 hour parade including Miss Winona, Miss Minnesota and Miss America. I saw 6 marching bands. I saw a huge class of gymnastic students cartwheeling down the street. I saw clowns but no politicians. |
