I listened to the audio book Early Morning Riser by Katherine Heiny. This is a comedic book about ordinary people. The writing reminded me of Elizabeth Strout if she were 40 years younger. Jane moved to a city in the upper peninsula of Michigan because she landed a job as a third grade teacher. She meets a guy named Duncan who is handsome and charming. The book covers a ten year span in the lives of the people in this small town who know Duncan and Jane. The story is charming and laugh out loud funny at times.
