I didn't see a lot of birds this weekend. I don't know if it was the wind or a predator that kept them away. But the lack in quantity was more than made up for by the brown creeper I saw. This is the first brown creeper I ever saw. Brown creeper is a negative word for such a darling, elusive, tiny bird with a sleek beak to tail curve.
