Camping! Offspring #2's idea.

Campfire. Teepee within a teepee. Deep philosophical design by teenage child (not mine).

Insect attack in the dark. Effective camouflage. Real sticks don't walk. This is a poser.

Hard to sleep in a tent on the ground. Aren't I too old for this? Can't sleep. Bones hurt. Get up to see prairie.

I put McGuyver in charge of the tarp in case it rains.

We engineered this tarp.

Teamwork! Offspring #2 looks lazy but I was bossy and told her to do the dishes while we engineers did the tarp. I will make a more informed decision next time.
