I found a new website today. http://www.accuweather.com/ Check it out. Type in your zip code and you will get all kinds of weather information about your area including forecast, weather summary, 
ultraviolet ray danger, arthritis index, and, as you can see on the left, frizzy hair forecast. No wonder I'm having a bad hair day.
