Here are my hens looking into my compost bucket. Meredith is at 1 o'clock. See the chunk of feathers missing from her right shoulder? I think she had some excitement during her escape. Pamela is at 5 o'clock but you probably can't see her on your screen because she gets cut off. Phyllis is at 9 o'clock. Kelly is at 11. Phyllis and Kelly are almost exactly alike but Kelly has a darker face.

She acts as if nothing out of the ordinary happened. Didn't your neighbor know there was a chicken roosting on his doorstep? Your chicken?
Glad she is back with the other clucks! lol
My neighbor said she saw the droppings and suspected geese. She never noticed the chicken on the railing. Her son came home and asked her if she was raising chickens. She said, "No, why?" He told her about the chicken on the railing. She was quite surprised.
